Welcome. Featured here is a fine after cast of Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse (June 12, 1824 - June 4, 1887). He was a French sculptor and painter and father of Louis-Robert Carrier-Belleuse.
Auguste Rodin worked as an assistant in the studio of Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse in between 1864 and 1870. The two travelled to Brussels in 1871. Click here to see more views.
